【摘要】 目的　对西艾克 (VDs)联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌进行临床疗效和毒性评价。方法　 6 3例患者经纤维支气管镜或淋巴结活检证实为非小细胞肺癌 ,并失去手术机会者 ,采用MVP方案化疗 ,药物剂量丝裂霉素 8mg/m2 ,d1;VDs3mg/m2 ,d1、d8;顺铂 (DDP) 80mg/m2 ,d2 -4。结果　全组病例 6 3例 ,CR4例 ,PR18例 ,有效率 34.9% ,毒性反应主要为白细胞减少 ,呕吐、乏力、腹泻及脱发 ,白细胞减少多在Ⅱ—Ⅲ度 ,Ⅳ度 2例 ,血小板减少Ⅲ度 10例 ,无Ⅳ度 ,腹泻 4例。结论　以西艾克为主的联合化疗MVP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌具有较好的疗效 ,尤其对淋巴结转移的病人有效率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the response rate and toxic reaction of Vindesine in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.Methods A total of 63 cases was included in the study and all the cases were confirmed by cytological examination and pathology.They were treated with combined chemotherapy which consisted of Vindesine 2.5～3mg/m 2 d1. d8, DDP 80mg/m 2 d2～d4; MMC 8mg/m 2 d1.Results In all the cases,complete response was observed in 4 patients, and partial response in 18 patients, the effective rate being 34.9%.The main side effects included myelo suppression, digestive tract reaction,alopecia and neutropenia.Conclusion The Vindesine based chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of advanced NSCLC, especially for those with lymphatic metastasis.更多还原
