【摘要】 目的　评价大剂量醛氢叶酸加 5氟尿嘧啶 ( 5 FU )持续 48h滴注联合顺铂 (DDP)方案治疗晚期鼻咽癌的客观疗效及毒副反应 ,探索晚期鼻咽癌较合理治疗方案。方法　对入选的 30例晚期鼻咽癌病人采用大剂量醛氢叶酸 +5FU持续 48h滴注联合顺铂方案进行治疗 ,平均 2 .7个疗程。结果　完全缓解 (CR ) 4例 ,部分缓解 (PR) 18例 ,稳定(NC) 7例 ,进展 (PD) 1例 ,有效率为 73.33%。主要毒副反应为恶心呕吐、口腔粘膜炎、骨髓抑制及脱发。上述毒副作用除恶心呕吐较明显外 ,其余绝大多数均为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度反应 ,且发生率不高 ,经常规对症治疗后见好转。结论　大剂量醛氢叶酸 +5FU持续 48h滴注联合顺铂方案治疗晚期鼻咽癌疗效好 ,毒副反应轻 ,患者普遍可以耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the anti tumor efficacy and safety of high dose leucovorin plus 5 fluorouracil 48 hour continuous infusion combined with cisplatin in treating advanced or recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods Thirty patients with advanced or recurrent NPC were treated with high dose leucovorin plus 5 fluorouracil 48 hour continuous infusion combined with cisplatin.Results There were four complete response,eighteen partial response,seven no changes and one progressive disease in this series with a total response rate of 73.33%.The main side effects included nausea and vomiting,mucositis,bone marrow suppression and alopecia.All side effects were tolerable and mild.Conclusion High dose leucovorin plus 5 fluorouracil 48 hour continuous infusion combined with cisplatin may be a safe and effective therapy for patients with advanced or recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).更多还原
