【摘要】 目的　探讨 p16基因与皮肤癌发生、发展及预后的关系。 方法　应用免疫组化S -P法检测抑癌基因 p16蛋白在 5 3例皮肤癌组织中的表达 ,并与癌旁组织和正常皮肤组织对比 ,结合皮肤癌的临床病理特征进行分析。结果　皮肤癌组织中 p16蛋白阳性表达率明显低于癌旁组织和正常皮肤组织 (P分别 <0 .0 5和 <0 .0 1) ;p16蛋白的阳性表达率随着肿瘤浸润深度的加深而下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;PTNMⅠ、Ⅱ期皮肤癌组织中 p16蛋白阳性表达率明显高于PTNMⅢ、Ⅳ期 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　p16基因缺失与皮肤癌发生、发展有关 ,p16蛋白表达缺失是皮肤癌晚期表现 ,可作判断皮肤癌生物学行为和预后参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate relationship between p16 gene and carcinogensis,development and prognosis in skin cancers.Methods p16 gene expressions in 53 cases of skin cancers were detected by immunohistochemical (S P method)technique and compared with those of adjacent tissues and normal tissues.Results Positive rate of p16 protein in skin cancer was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues and normal tissues (P<0.05;P<0.01).Lower positive rate of p16 was observed in patients with deeper invasion (P<0.05).The positive rate in PTNMⅠ?Ⅱ stage was significantly higher than that in PTMN Ⅲ?Ⅳ stage (P<0.05).Conclusion Deletion of p16 gene is correlated with carcinogensis,development and prognosis of skin cancers,and it is more obviously observed in late stage of skin cancers.P16 can be used to evaluate the biological behavior and predict prognosis of skin cancers.更多还原
