【摘要】 目的　探讨提高细胞学检查肿瘤细胞阳性率的途径。方法　观察 72例胸腹水标本 ,每一例同时分别采用常规离心沉淀涂片和肿瘤细胞采集器采集细胞涂片 ,对比分析两种不同采集细胞方法制成的细胞涂片上细胞的分布状况和形态特征对肿瘤细胞检出阳性率的影响。结果　采集器组阳性率 47.2 2 % (34 / 72 ) ,离心组阳性率 18.0 6 % (13/ 72 ) ,P<0 .0 0 5。结论　肿瘤细胞采集器可以提高胸腹水细胞学检查肿瘤细胞的阳性率 ,两种方法结合可以更有效的防止漏诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate a method in improving detective positive rate of neoplasms cell by cytological examination.Methods The samples of 72 cases were comparatively analysed by two methods,centrifugal smear and neoplasms cell collector smear. The influence of distributing status and morphological character of cells in the two smears on neoplasms cell positive rate were compared.Results The positive rates of collector group and centrifugation group were 47.22%(34/72) and 18.06%(13/72) respectively,P<0.005.Conclusion Neoplasms cell collector can increase detective positive rate of cytological examination of hydrothorax or hydroperitoneum.It′s effective to use the both methods in the same case to deminish missed diagnosis.更多还原
