【摘要】 目的　观察 p16蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达状态 ,探讨其与鼻咽癌的发生、发展关系。 方法　应用S -P免疫组化法检测 p16蛋白在 5 0例鼻咽癌、2 0例鼻咽粘膜慢性炎组织中的表达。 结果　鼻咽癌 p16蛋白表达率为 2 4.0 %,显著低于鼻咽粘膜慢性炎组 (P <0 .0 1)。角化性鳞癌 p16蛋白的表达率明显高于分化型非角化性癌和未分化癌 (P<0 .0 5 )。 2 0例淋巴结转移阳性组中 p16蛋白表达率显著低于 14例阴性组 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论　p16蛋白的缺失可能涉及鼻咽癌的发生、发展过程 ,且与鼻咽癌的转移、组织学分型有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the role of p16 protein expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods The S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of p16 protein in 50 cases of NPC and 20 cases of inflammatory nasopharyngeal mucosa.Results The positive expression rate of p16 protein in NPC was 24.0%,which was lower than that in inflammatory nasopharyngeal mucosa(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of p16 protein was higher in keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma than in differentiated non keratinizing carcinoma and undifferentiated carcinoma(P<0.05).A significant correlation was found between low expression of p16 protein and cervical lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusions The results suggest that the inactivation of p16 protein may be involved in the carcinogenesis and development of NPC and implicated in tumor histologic type and metastasis.更多还原
