【摘要】 目的　为了探讨胃癌组织中端粒酶与细胞凋亡的关系。方法　采用原位杂交和原位末端DNA片段标记技术对 6 0例胃癌组织中端粒酶和细胞凋亡指数 (AI)进行检测。结果　 6 0例胃癌中 49例端粒酶阳性 (81.7% ) ,5 5例(91.7% )可观察到凋亡细胞。 32例淋巴结转移癌中端粒酶阳性率为 93 .8% ,明显高于无淋巴结转移组的 6 7.9% (P <0 .0 5 ) ;淋巴结转移组的AI为 5 .5 1± 2 .70 ,明显低于无淋巴结转移组的 8.82± 3 .17(P <0 .0 5 ) ;淋巴结转移组胃癌中的端粒酶活性与AI呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　端粒酶活性和细胞凋亡可作为胃癌的生物学行为和预后的观察指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the telomerase activity and apoptosis in gastric cancer.Methods In situ hybridization and in situ end labeling of fragment DNA were used to detect the telomerase activity and apoptosis in 60 cases gastric cancer.Results Telomerase positivity was detected in 49(81.7%) and apoptosis cell was found in 55(91.7%) of 60 cases gastric cancer.Telomeras positivity was significantly higher with lymph node metastasis cancer(93.8%) than that without metastasis (67.9%,P<0.05).Apoptotic index(AL)was 5.51±2.70 in metastased cancer,it was 8.82±3.17 in non metastased one(P<0.05).Inverse correlation between telomerase activity and AI revealed in metastased cancer(P<0.05).Conclusions The results suggest that telomeras activity and AI are associated with malignant biological behavior,they may be potential prognostic factor in gastric cancer.更多还原
