【摘要】 目的　观察墓头回总甙片治疗大肠癌的临床效果及配合化疗的增效减毒作用。方法　 13 2例大肠癌患者随机分为化疗组、中药组、化疗十中药组 ,观察对比 3组患者治疗前后的生活质量 ,近、远期疗效 ,机体免疫功能及CEA值的变化。客观评价墓头回总甙片对大肠癌的治疗作用。结果　中药组及化疗十中药组患者生活质量较治疗前明显提高 ,患者的近期有效率、生存期以化疗十中药组变化最大 ,并能明显增强患者的免疫功能 ,减轻化疗对机体的损伤。结论　墓头回总甙片是治疗大肠癌行之有效的药物 ,与化疗联用 ,可以提高临床效果 ,减轻化疗的副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of radix patriniae heterophylla glucoside tablets on colorectal cancer and its synergism with chemotherapy.Methods 132 colorectal cancer patients were randomly divided into three groups,treated respectively with chemotherapy alone,traditional Chinese medicine alone,combination of chemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine together.A comparative study was carried out including the life quality, the long and short term curative effect,organic immunological function and changes of the CEA before and after the treatment.The curative effect of radix patriniae heterophylla glucoside tablets on colorectal cancer was objectively evaluated.Results For the groups with traditional Chinese medicine and with chemotherapy plus traditional Chinese medicine,the life quality was greatly improved.The short term effective rate and the survival time of the group with chemotherapy plus traditional Chinese medicine changed significantly, which remarkably enhanced the immunological function and decreased the toxicity of chemotherapy.Conclusions Radix patiriniae heterophylla glucoside tablets are effective on colorectal cancer,especially when combined with chemotherapy.The tablets can increase the clinical efficacy and decrease the side effect of chemotherapy.
