【摘要】 目的 :评估痛风宁的一般抗炎药效。方法 :分别观察痛风宁高中低剂量对角叉菜胶、甲醛致大鼠足趾肿、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿的影响。结果 :痛风宁 1 5 ,1 0 ,5 g· kg- 1三个剂量组均能抑制以上三种致炎剂所致的肿胀 ,并呈量效关系。结论 :痛风宁具有较好的抗炎作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the anti inflammation effect of TFN.Methods:The influence of TFN at 15,10,5g·kg -1 ip on edema in paw of rat induced by carrageenan or formaldehyde and on ear swelling of mouse induced by xylene were observed respectively.Results:TFN at three kinds of does reduced the edema in three experiments above.Conclusion:TFN is an effective anti inflammationmedicine.更多还原
