【摘要】 针灸疗法在国际上日益受到人们关注。对“WebofScience”和“Medline”数据库的检索结果显示 :4 0年来 ,国际针灸研究出现了两次高潮 ,一次在 1972～ 1974年 ,一次在 1998年。国外的针灸研究主要集中在临床研究 ,即针灸疗法在其施治的各种病症的有效性确认。近年来 ,国外的针灸研究开始注重方法学 ,如双盲和随机对照试验等。针灸技术的标准化是另一个急待解决的问题。由于文化的差别 ,经络研究在国外进行得不多。针灸与经络研究的手段急需现代化更多还原

【Abstract】 Increasing attention has been paid to the acupuncture moxibustion therapy in the world.A search into the databases of"Web of Science"and"Medline"showed that there were two upsurges in the past 40 years:one was during 1972 1974,and the other in 1998.Research on acupuncture moxibustion abroad was mainly focused on clinical investigation on the confirmation of the efficacy of the therapy in treating various kinds of diseases.Recently,the metho dologies such as double blinded and randomized controlled trails began to be stressed.The standardization of acupuncture moxibustion techniques is one problem to be solved in need.Research on meridians are scarcely seen abroad due to cultural differences.The modernization of research approaches on acupuncture moxibustion and meridians is in an urgent need.更多还原
