【摘要】 目的 :为了探讨针灸择时治疗对免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用苦寒泻下加饥饱失常法造脾阳虚家兔模型 ,然后选择脾经气血盛衰的峰谷时辰巳时、亥时及非峰非谷的申时分别针灸“三阴交”穴 ,检测其T淋巴细胞转化率 ,红细胞CRI活性。结果 :针灸“三阴交”能提高脾阳虚家兔T淋巴细胞转化率 ,红细胞C3b受体花环率 ,与自愈组对照差异均有非常显著性意义 ,并以巳时组疗效最佳 ,申时组次之 ,亥时组又次之 ,为探讨针灸择时治疗提供了科学的实验依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To investigate the effect of timing acupuncture and moxibustion on immune functions.Methods The insufficiency of spleen yang model was made in rabbits by drugs bitter in taste and cold in nature for purgation and by improper diet.Acupuncture and moxibustion were applied at Sanyinjiao point(SP 6) at 9∶00 A.M. 11∶00 A.M.,when the Qi and blood in the spleen meridian reach the peak,9∶00 P.M. 11∶00 P.M.,when the Qi and blood in the spleen meridian lower down to the valley,and 3∶00 P.M. 5∶00 P.M.,when they are at the state between the two,respectively,to test the activities of T lymphocyte transformation rate and hemadsorption immune activity.Results Acupuncture and moxibustion at Sanyinjiao(SP 6) could significantly elevate T lymphocyte transformation rate and the rosette formation rate of erythrocyte C 3b receptors compared with the control without treatment,and the elevation was the most in the rabbits treated at 9∶00 A.M. 11∶00 A.M.,the next at 3∶00 P.M. 5∶00 P.M.,and the least at 9∶00 P.M. 11∶00 P.M.,which has provided experimental scientific bases for investigating the mechanisms of timing needling.更多还原
