【摘要】 运用人迎寸口脉法指导实施针刺补泻手法治疗Ⅱ期高血压病患者 6 0例 ,随机分为 3组 ,每组 2 0例。 3组均依照人迎寸口脉法辨别阴阳虚实。治疗Ⅰ组 2 0例 ,针刺以补虚泻实 ;治疗Ⅱ组2 0例 ,无论虚实均采用平补平泻法 ;治疗Ⅲ组 2 0例 ,针刺以补实泻虚。于针刺前后分别观察 3组经颅多普勒超声血流仪 (简称TCD)指标与临床疗效。经统计学处理 ,治疗Ⅰ组针刺疗法明显优于治疗Ⅱ组及Ⅲ组 ,P <0 0 1;治疗Ⅱ组与治疗Ⅲ组之间差异也有显著性意义 ,P <0 0 1。提示人迎寸口脉法可以用于指导针灸临床辨证与针刺补泻手法的实施更多还原

【Abstract】 Acupuncture with reinforcing reducing maneuver chosen based on the Renying and Cunkou diagnosis was used for treating 60 cases of hypertension,which were evenly divided into 3 groups at random. Yin,yang ,deficiency and excess types were differentiated in all the 3 groups based on the Renying and Cunkou diagnosis.Reinforcing for the deficiency and reducing for the excess were applied in group Ⅰ,even reinforcing and reducing in group Ⅱ,and reinforcing for the excess and reducing for the deficiency in group Ⅲ.The indices were determined by a Doppler ultrasonic bloodflow monitor,and clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated before and after the treatments.The curative effect in group Ⅰ was significantly superior to that either in group Ⅱ or in group Ⅲ(P<0 01).There was also a significant difference in the effect between group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ(P<0 01).It is indicated that Renying and Cunkou diagnosis can be used for differentiation of clinical cases and application of the reinforcing reducing maneuver.更多还原
