脑内阿片受体介导电针“曲池”“听宫”的降压及降心率效应

【摘要】 目的 :检测 2Hz电针“曲池”“听宫”穴的降压和降心率反应与脑室注射阿片受体兴奋剂双氢埃托菲的降压和降心率反应的异同。方法 :用乌拉坦麻醉大鼠 ,脑室注射阿片受体拮抗剂、阿片受体兴奋剂 ,电针“曲池”“听宫”穴。结果 :( 1)电针“曲池”“听宫”穴的降压及降心率反应被脑室注射阿片受体阻断剂纳络酮衰减 ,但不被脊髓蛛网膜下腔注射纳络酮衰减。 ( 2 )脑室注射阿片受体兴奋剂双氢埃托菲出现明显的剂量依赖的降压及降心率效应 ,其降压效应被脊髓蛛网膜下腔注射纳络酮衰减 ,但不受切断双侧颈迷走神经的影响。结论 :( 1)脑内阿片受体部分介导电针“曲池”“听宫”穴的降压效应及降心率效应 ;( 2 )中枢阿片受体兴奋产生降压效应 ,脊髓内的阿片受体介导此降压效应

【Abstract】 Purpose To compare the depressor bradycardia effect of electroacupuncture at 2 Hz with that of intraventricular injection of dihydroetorphine,a stimulant of opiate receptor.Methods Intraventricular injection of inhibitor and stimulant of opiate receptor were respectively given into the rat anesthetized by urethane,and electroacupuncture was applied to “Quchi”(LI 11)and “Tinggong”(SI 19)points.Results The depressor bradycardia effect of electroacupuncture was reduced by cerebroventricular injection of naloxone,an inhibitor of opiate receptor,but was not reduced by injection of naloxone into spinal subarachnoid space;Cerebroventricular injection of dihydro etorphine induced obvious dose dependent depressor bradycardia effect,and the depressor effect was reduced by injection of naloxone into spinal subarachnoid space,but was not influenced by section of bilateral cervical vagus nerves.Conclusion Opiate receptor in brain mediates partially the depressor bradycardia effect of electroacupuncture;Excitation of central opiate receptor induces depressor effect and spinal opiate receptor mediates the depressor effect.
