【摘要】 采用针药并用治疗冠心病心绞痛中医辨证属心气亏虚兼痰凝血瘀证患者 31例 ,并与单纯针刺治疗组 31例 ,单纯中药治疗组 31例对照研究。结果表明 :针药并用组心绞痛症状缓解率和缺血心电图改善率均明显优于单纯针刺治疗组和中药治疗组 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。各组患者治疗前后ET、cGRP及TXA2 、PGI2 水平比较 ,针药并用组改善和调控上述指标的作用亦明显优于单纯针刺治疗组和中药治疗组 (均P <0 0 1)。提示冠心病心绞痛的治疗以中医综合疗法为佳更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty one cases of angina pectoris with deficiency of heart Qi with phlegm accumulation and blood stasis wrer treated with combination of acupuncture and medicine,and 31 cases treated with simple acupuncture and 31 cases treated with simple Chinese herb were used as control.Results indicated that the relieving rate of angina pectoris symptoms and the improving rate of ischemic electrocardiogram in the group of combination of acupuncture and medicine were significantly superior to those of the simple acupuncture group and the simple Chinese herb group(P<0 05 or P<0 01);and the improving and control action on ET,CGRP,TXA 2 and PGl 2 levels in the group of combination of acupuncture and medicine were significantly superior to thsose of the other two groups(all P<0 01),suggesting that combined treatment of TCM is a better method for treatment of angina pectoris.
