MIXPC涡轮增压系统优化研究
Study on Optimization of MIXPC Turbo-charging System
【摘要】 对 8缸柴油机可能的发火顺序 ,给出了可用的 MIXPC系统排气支管分支 ,并就 MIXPC系统排气管系结构参数优化作了研究 ,提出了设计的基本原则。用 FVM-TVD方法 ,分别对不同的机型进行了 MIXPC系统的结构设计和性能模拟研究 ,得出了在 8缸上采用 MIXPC系统的一些普遍规律 ,并就不同缸数的柴油机进行系列化生产提出了设计方法。
【Abstract】 The exhaust pipe of 8 cylinder diesel engines with Mixpc turbo-charging system is separated according to its possible firing order, and some basic principles are presented for the optimization of structural parameters. Performance simulation is carried out with finite volume method whick numerical flux is calculated with total variation diminishing scheme, and based on this, structural design of MIXPC system is made for varies type of diesel engines. Some general rules are obtained for the design of MIXPC system and suggestion is given to its series production.
