蓝桉CTMP多段过氧化氢逆流置换漂白的模拟
Simulation of Multi-Stage H2O2 Displacement Bleaching of E.globulus CTMP
【摘要】 在实验室用置换漂白装置中进行了蓝桉CTMP多段H2 O2 逆流置换漂白的模拟 ,研究结果表明 :漂后浆白度随新鲜漂液H2 O2 浓度的提高而提高 ,但在相同的新鲜漂液H2 O2 浓度下 ,不同漂液量时的漂后浆白度基本相同。为了获得较高的漂后浆白度、较低的H2 O2 消耗量和较高的漂白效率 ,可以使用较高的新鲜漂液H2 O2 浓度和较低的漂液量
【Abstract】 Multi stage H 2O 2 displacement bleaching of E.globulus CTMP was simulated in the experimental displacement bleaching equipment. The results showed that the brightness of bleached pulp increased along with the increase of H 2O 2 concentration in fresh bleach liquor. The brightness of bleached pulp kept constant basically when the volume of fresh bleach liquor changed in stated area at the same H 2O 2 concentration using higher H 2O 2 concentration and lower volume of fresh bleach liquor was an efficient method to obtain higher brightness, lower H 2O 2 consumption and higher bleaching efficiency.
