杨木酸性亚硫酸盐浆氯化前碱处理的研究

【摘要】 对酸性亚硫酸盐法杨木浆的氯化前碱处理进行了研究。结果表明 ,用 1 0 % (对绝干浆 )的NaOH做氯化前碱处理 ,可使浆的KMnO4 值由 16 5下降到 12 1,树脂含量下降 35 % ,漂白总用氯量下降 10 %

【Abstract】 Pretreatment with alkali before chlorination was studied in bleached acid sulfite poplar pulp production. Pretreatment with 1.0% of NaOH (on O.D pulp), KMnO 4 number of the pulp decreased from 16.50 to 12.14, the content of resin reduced by 35% and total chlorine of bleaching dropped by 10%.
