【摘要】 目的 :建立乳汁中硫酸吗啡含量的测定方法。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,色谱条件为ZY110 4C18(6 .0mm× 15 0mm ,5μm)分析柱 ;流动相为甲醇 (2 5mmol·L-1)磷酸二氢钾 (9∶1) ;流速 1.0ml·min-1;检测波长 2 33nm。结果 :回收率 98.5 4%,RSD为 2 .7%,线性范围为 0 .0 5 34～ 0 .5 34 0 μg。结论 :本法快速简便 ,适合乳汁中硫酸吗啡含量测定更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of morphine sulphate content in milk.METHODS A column of ZY1104 C 18 was used with methonol 25 mmol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (9∶1) as mobile phase,flow rate was 1 ml·min -1 ,detection wavelength was 233 nm.RESULTS The recovery was 98.5% ,RSD 2.7% ,the linear range was 0.0534 ～ 0.5340 μg.CONCLUSIONS The method was rapid,simple and suitable to the determination of morphine sulphate content in milk.更多还原
