【摘要】 目的 :建立氟罗沙星滴眼液的含量测定方法。方法 :UV法 :在 2 86波长处测定 ;HPLC法 :以甲硝唑为内标 ,0 .0 5mol·L-1柠檬酸 乙腈 ( 82∶18)为流动相 ,在 2 86nm波长处测定。结果 :相关系数γ分别为 0 .9999,0 .9997;平均回收率分别为10 0 .2 6% ,10 0 .12 % ;RSD分别为 1.3 % ,1.0 2 %。结论 :该二法均可作为氟罗沙星的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method forthe fleroxacin eye drops.METHODS UV:The determination wave length was 286 nm.HPLC:Using metronidazole as interal standard. The mobile phase was 0.05 mol·L -1 citratis acid acetonitrile (82∶18).RESULTS The correlation coefficient were 0.9999 , 0.9997 ;the average recoveries were 100.28% , 100.12% ;RSD were 1.03% , 1.02% .CONCLUSIONS These two methods were suitable for the determination of thefleroxacin eye drops.更多还原
