维生素D3-β环糊精包合物的理化性质及包合作用研究
Studies on the physico-chemical characteristics and inclusion effects of the vitamine D3-β-CD inclusion complex
【摘要】 目的 考察维生素D3 β环糊精包合物中维生素D3 的理化性质和包合作用特性。方法 紫外分光光度法测定维生素D3 含量 ,分别考察了包合物中维生素D3 的溶解性和体外溶出速率 ;摩尔连续递变法测定包合物表观稳定常数和相关热力学参数。结果 形成的维生素D3 β环糊精包合物中主客分子摩尔比为 3∶1;以维生素D3 为对照 ,包合物中维生素D3 的溶解明显增大 ,在 0 .1mol·L-1盐酸溶液中溶出速率显著加快 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 维生素D3 制成包合物有利于提高溶解度和稳定性。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the physico-chemical characteri stics of vitamine D 3 in the vatimine D 3-β-CD includied complex.METHODS The contents of vitamine D 3 was determined by the UV chroma tography.At the same time, vitamine D 3 released rate from inclusion complex an d its solubility were investigated.The value of the apparent stability constant was calculated and thermodynamics parameters of the inclusion complex were studi ed by the continuous variation method(job plot).RESULTS In c omparsion with vitamine D 3,the inclusion complex enhenced the solubility and r eleased rate of vitamine D 3 in 0.1 mol·L~-1 muriatic remarkably.The syst em showed a 3∶1 CD: D 3 stoichiometry of complex.CONCLUSION It was helpful to increase solubility and stability by preparing vitamine D 3 into the vitamine D 3-β-CD inclosed complex.
