【摘要】 目的　探讨联合应用氯沙坦和吲哒帕胺对老年轻、中、度高血压病的疗效、顺应性及对靶器官损害的影响。方法　采用自身对照方法 ,观察氯沙坦联合吲哒帕胺对 5 7例老年高血压患者动态血压及代谢参数的影响。氯沙坦剂量为 5 0mg/d ,吲哒帕胺为 2 .5mg/d ,疗程为 4个月。结果　总有效率为 89.5 % ,治疗后 2 4h收缩期均压、舒张期均压、白昼收缩期均压、夜间收缩期均压、夜间舒张期均压有非常显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,白昼舒张期均有显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗后血肌酐、血 β2 微球蛋白、尿α1微球蛋白显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　氯沙坦和小剂量吲哒帕胺联合应用 ,对老年轻、中、高度血压疗效显著 ,作用平稳 ,不影响代谢 ,对靶器官有保护作用更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy and safety of Losartan in combination with indapamide in elderly with essential hypertension.METHODS 57 elderly patients with essential hypertension were treated with the combination of losartan and indapamide.24 h ambulatory blood pressure mornitoring and the metabolic parameters were observed.The total follow up periods was 4 months.RESULTS The total efficacy rate was 89.5%.There were significant reductions of 24 h MSBP,MDBP,dMSBP,nMSBP,nMDBP ( P <0.01) and dMDBP ( P <0.05),respectively.The serum Cr and Urine α 1 MG were also significantly reduced ( P <0.05).CONCLUSIONS The combination of losartan and indapamide for the treatment of essential hypertension in elderly was effective and safe.更多还原
