【摘要】 目的　研究双黄连片中连翘苷的含量测定。方法　采用薄层扫描法进行测定。结果　连翘苷点样量在 0 .31～ 1.5 5 μg之间线性关系良好 ,相关系数r=0 .9996。回收率为 96 .9% ,RSD为 1.49%。结论　本法灵敏、简便、准确 ,可用于本制剂的测定和质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To develop an asssay for the quantitative determination of phillyrin in Shuanghuanglian tablet.METHODS TLCS method was selected to determine the content.RESULTS The linearity was obtained over the range of 0.31～ 1.55 μg( r =0.9996).The average recovery was 96.9% with RSD =1.49%.CONCLUSION The results showed that this method is sensitive,simple,specific and accurate for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Shuang Huanglian tablet.更多还原
