【摘要】 在网室内用 3种昆虫为大豆不育系传粉 ,试验结果表明蜜蜂传粉效果最好 ,不育系单株异交结荚率、结实率和单株产量分别是开放条件下自然传粉不育系的 10 .5、12 .8和 11.8倍 ;不育系产量 (按小区面积折算 ) 2∶1行比处理平均为 488.4kg/hm2 ,比 1∶1行比产量提高 2 3.5 % ;喷糖、吹风、放彩带与对照间没有显著差异。蚂蚁和苍蝇传粉效果差 ,无利用价值

【Abstract】 Three kinds of insects were used to pollinate for cytoplasmic male sterile lines of soybean in a man made big room covered with net. The results showed that the honey bee ( Apis mellifera ligustica spin.) was the best pollination medium. It greatly increased the number of pods and seeds generated by one single plant compared with the sterile line in open field. The pod generation rate, seed generation rate and per plant’s yield ratio were as 10.5, 12.8 and 11.8 times as those of sterile lines in open field with no honey bees, respectively. Especially, the sterile line’s average yield was about 488.4kg/hm 2. But there was no significant difference among the treatments of spraying sugar, blowing, putting color silk lines and CK (no treated). And there was no active pollination effect by ants and flies, either.
