PMSG对母兔卵巢机能的影响

【摘要】 以三种不同剂量的国产孕马血清促性腺激素 (PMSG)对 28只成年哈白母兔进行处理,剂量分别为 30IU, 50IU和 80IU,间隔 48小时后耳静脉一次性注射人类绒毛膜促性腺激素 (HCG),剂量均为 80IU,再隔 48小时后手术冲卵,观察母兔卵巢动态变化。结果表明:三种剂量 30IU、 50IU和 80IU处理后的母兔平均排卵点数分别为 9. 5个、 10. 8个和 15. 2个,其中以 80IU的 PMSG剂量组的排卵点个数为最高和其他两组比较差异显著 (P<0. 05); 48小时后各组的卵巢上可见卵泡数分别平均为 43 0个、 33 4个和 35 9个,其中以 30IU的 PMSG组的未成熟卵泡数为量多,和其他两组比较差异显著 (P<0 05),各组的充血卵泡数分别为 2 5个、 2 0个和 9 4个。 80IU的 PMSG剂量组的充血卵泡高于 30IU和 50IU剂量组,差异极显著 (P<0 01)。

【Abstract】 The twenty eight rabbits were treated with three kinds of different dose PMSG which are 30IU,50IU and 80IU made in Chian After forty eight hours,they were injected once with 80IU HCG into ears’vein Then after forty eight hours,the ovum were flushed by operation,to observe the changing of ovaries’tendencies The results obtained are as follows:three doses(30IU,50IU and 80IU)treated groups have 9 5,10 8 and 15 2 average of stigma of ovulation,so the group of 80IU PMSG has the greatest quantities of stigma of ovulation in comparison with the two other groups and significance of difference(P<0 05) After forty eight hours,there are the average of 43 0,33 4 and 35 9 follicular stigma of the face of ovary In these,the group of 30IU PMSG has the greatest quantities ,follicular stigma,in compratison with the two other groups,it is significant(P<0 05) In the follicular cyst,they have 2 5,2 0 and 9 4,the group of 80IU has the greatest quantities,it is extremely significant(P<0 01).
