【摘要】 目的 :研究精氨酸 (arginine,Arg)对大肠癌病人的肿瘤细胞增殖活性的影响。 方法 :大肠癌病人 44例、随机分为实验组、对照组。实验组每日静脉输注Arg 2 5g、连续 3d。免疫组化方法 (S P法 )观察肿瘤增殖细胞核抗原 (proliferatingcellnuclearantigen ,PCNA)表达的变化、流式细胞仪检测肿瘤细胞周期各时相百分比。 结果 :实验组PCNA表达显著下降 ,由 5 5 .3%降至 43.9% (P <0 .0 1) ,S期 %及 (S +G2 +M )期 %亦显著降低 ,而对照组各指标均无显著变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :短期应用药理剂量的Arg可以抑制大肠肿瘤细胞增殖活性 ,提示Arg在大肠肿瘤的综合治疗中有较大的应用潜力更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Our aim was to study the effect of L-arginine on the tumour cell proliferative activity in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods: Forty four patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into experimental group, in which patients received hydrochloride arginine 25 gram per day for 3 days, and control group. The changes of tumour proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) were studied by immunohistochemical method and the changes of cell phase were determined with flow cytometry. Results: In experimental group, PCNA expression of tumour was inhibited from 55.3% to 43.9% (P<0.01). The percentage of S phase and (S+G 2+M) phase in the cancer decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: The short term application of L arginine in pharmaceatical dosage could inhibit tumour cell proliferative activity in patients with colorectal cancer.更多还原
