【摘要】 目的 :探讨细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制因子 p2 7kip1在骨肉瘤发生中的作用。方法 :应用免疫组织化学方法 (S P法 )检测 2 7例传统骨肉瘤、4例皮质旁骨肉瘤和 12例良性骨肿瘤中 p2 7kip1的表达 ,表达程度采用半定量方式判定。结果 :骨肉瘤中p2 7kip1表达的阳性率为 10 0 % ,良性骨肿瘤中表达的阳性率为 75 % ,两者间有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。骨肉瘤不同分化与阳性半定量间无相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :p2 7kip1蛋白表达与骨肉瘤的发生有关 ,但与骨肉瘤的分化程度无关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Our aim was to study the role of cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor, p27 kip1 , in the tumorigenesis of osteosarcomas. Methods: The expression of p27 kip1 was observed by immunohistochemical assay in 27 classical osteosarcomas, 4 paracortical osteosarcomas, and 12 benign bone tumors. The extent of expression was evaluated by using half quantitative method. Results: The positive rate of p27 kip1 expression was 100% in osteosarcomas, 75% in benign bone tumors. There was a statistical significance (P<0.01) between two positive rates. No correlation existed between different differentiation and positive grade. Conclusion: The expression of p27 kip1 is involved in the tumorigenesis of osteosarcomas, but not related with the differentiation.更多还原
