【摘要】 目的 :探讨调脂中药血脂康对血管平滑肌细胞 (VSMC)增殖的影响。方法 :在培养的家兔主动脉VSMC中加入不同浓度的血脂康共同孵育 2 4h ,分别采用细胞计数及3H 胸腺嘧啶核苷 ( 3H TdR)掺入实验观察血脂康对VSMC增殖及DNA合成的影响。结果 :血脂康明显抑制VSMC增殖 (P <0 .0 5 )和DNA合成 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :血脂康既具有降低血脂作用 ,又可能通过抑制VSMC增殖而防止动脉粥样硬化病变恶化及血管成形术后血管再狭窄等作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Our aim was to investigate the effects of Xuezhikang, a traditional Chinese lipid adjusting drug, on the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC). Methods: We used cell counting and 3H TdR incorporation tests to study the effects of Xuezhikang on the proliferation and DNA synthesis of VSMC after incubation the VSMC with different concentration of Xuezhikang for 24 hours. Results: Xuezhikang significantly inhibited the VSMC proliferation and DNA synthesis. Conclusion: Xuezhikang can inhibit the proliferation of VSMC. It may have potential therapeutic values to prevent restenosis after coronary angioplasty.更多还原
