【摘要】 用X 衍射对羊角天麻素Ⅰ晶体进行立体结构测定 ,得出羊角天麻素Ⅰ晶体的立体构型、非氢原子的键长、键角和分数坐标及其等效热参数。结果表明 :羊角天麻素Ⅰ的立体结构是左侧被两个相邻的酯基侧链、右侧被一个呋喃环把中间的两个六元环挤压成褶形的倍半萜更多还原

【Abstract】 The crystallographic configration of dobinin I was g iven and analysed by X-ray.The crystallographic configration of dobinin I has b een analysed and the bond distance,angles of bond and the positional parameters and equivalent isotropic temperature factors of non-hydrogen of dobinin I have b een recorded.The result showed that dobinin I is a sequiterpene in which the two six-r ings in the center were pressed to a fold configration by the two adjacent ester groups at the left and the contacted furan-ring at the right.更多还原
