【摘要】 目的 :建立一种检测血浆中多西环素的微生物检测方法。方法 :金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC26003和藤黄微球菌ATCC28001作检定菌 ,用《中国药典》Ⅰ、Ⅱ号配方培养基和牛心液配方在 pH7 8～4 5的条件下检测血浆多西环素浓度。结果 :用金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC26003作检定菌 ,在牛心液配方培养基 (pH5 0)中检测多西环素的线性浓度范围为0 16～10 0mg/L ,r=0 9985。方法稳定可靠。结论 :此法可用于多西环素药代动力学和生物利用度的研究。更多还原
