【摘要】 目的：分析１９９６年～２０００年湖南省１０家医院的药品使用现状和发展趋势，为药品生产、销售及临床应用提供参考。方法：按年度、药品类别统计金额及百分比，结果：药品金额年增幅在１８％左右，抗感染药物占全年用药金额４０％左右，进口药品金额在２０％以上。结论：用药金额还将逐年增长，临床用药将更多选择，更趋合理，进口药品比例将有所下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the current situation and developing trend of drugs used in 10 hospitals of Hunan Province from 1996 to 2000,and to serve as reference for drug production, marketing and clinical application.METHODS: The sum of money and percentages of different kinds of drugs used each year were added up separately .RESULTS: The sum of money of drugs consumed was increasing at a rate of 18% each year.About 40% of the money was spent on anti ?infective drugs and 20% on imported drugs. CONCLUSION: The sum of money of drugs consumed will grow year by year. The clinical use of drugs will be more rational and of more choices,but the sum of money spent on imported drugs will decrease.更多还原
