【摘要】 目的 :制备平阳霉素凝胶剂 ,治疗尖锐湿疣。方法 :以卡波姆作为凝胶基质制备平阳霉素凝胶剂 ,紫外分光光度法进行含量测定 ,并验证尖锐湿疣临床治疗效果。结果 :平阳霉素溶液在291nm处有最大吸收 ,在10μg/ml～70μg/ml范围内吸收度与浓度有良好线性关系 ,其回归方程为A=0 0105C—0 00457(r=0 9996) ,临床治愈率达97 80 %。结论 :平阳霉素凝胶剂性质稳定 ,紫外分光光度法测定快捷、准确 ,外用治疗尖锐湿疣疗效好更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To prepare pingyangmycin gel for treating pointed condyloma.METHODS:The pingyangmycin gel was prepared with bromdiethylcarbamide as base material.The content was determined by UV-spectrophotometry and the therapeutic effect on pointed condyloma was observed.RESULTS:The absorption peak of pingyangmycin solution was at 291 nm and a linearity of absorption and concentration was found in range of 10μg/ml～70μg/ml with a regression equation of A=0.0 105C—0.00 457(r=0.9 996).The curative rate was 97.80%.CONCLUSION:Pingyangmycin gel is stable in property and UV-spectrophotometry is a rapid and accurate detection method.The therapeutic effect on pointed condyloma in local application is satisfactory.更多还原
