【摘要】 目的　评价SF 36生命质量量表在中风患者中的信度和效度。方法　效度评价采用结构效度和判别效度。采用ADL、IADL、闲暇活动、社会支持、健康预测对SF 36的 8个领域通过回归分析进行结构效度评价。采用神经功能缺损程度评价量表MESSS对SF 36进行判别效度的评价。信度采用重测信度法、内部一致性分析 (Cronbach’α系数 )。用自填法结合个人访谈法 ,由 15 0例中风患者自己做出健康评价。结果　整个测量的重测相关系数均大于 0 .6 (各领域P <0 .0 1)。内部一致性Cronbach’α系数除活力和精神健康两个领域为 0 .7～ 0 .8以外 ,其他 6个领域的内部一致性均很好 (α >0 .8)。在结构效度评价中 ,回归分析的结果与事先的假设具有相当的一致性。SF 36的 8个领域除疼痛领域以外 ,不同的神经功能缺损程度间均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　采用自填法结合个人访谈 ,使用SF 36评价中风患者的生命质量是有效的、可靠的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To test the validity and reliability of the short form 36 health survey questionnaire (SF 36). Methods To evaluate the adaptability of SF 36 on stroke patients with structure validity and discriminatory validity. Structure validity was acquired by the methods of stepwise linear regression with the dependents of ADL, IADL, social support, spare time activities, health prevision and the independents of 8 dimensions of SF 36. Discriminatory validity was gotten by the neurological functional deficit scale MESSS. Reliability included test retest reliability and internal consistency. The quality of life of 150 stroke patients were assessed by themselves with self writing or personal interview.Results All 8 dimensions of SF 36 test retest correlation coefficients r>0.6 (P<0.01), internal consistency Cronbach’ α>0.7 (vitality and mental health 0.7～0.8, other 6 dimensions all >0.8). The stepwise linear regression results and our assumption keep rather consistent in the assessment of structure validity. All but body pain dimension score of SF 36 in different severity degree groups have significant difference (P<0.05) in the assessment of discriminatory validity. Conclusion Applying SF 36 to evaluate quality of life of stroke patients is valid and reliable by the means of self writing integrating personal interview.更多还原
