全身振动致林业工人神经行为改变的影响
Main factors affecting neurobehavioral function of forest workers exposed to whole body vibration
【摘要】 目的 探讨全身振动所致林业作业工人神经行为改变的影响因素。方法 采用WHO神经行为核心测试组合的 7项分测验和因子分析法研究全身振动接触对神经行为的影响 ,并采用多因素分析方法对所致神经行为改变的影响因素进行了分析。结果 接振组工人第三、第四、第五因子得分与对照组相比较具有极显著性差异 ,即神经行为功能在听记忆、注意力及反应速度等方面均发生了明显改变 ,其中某些行为变化与接振强度和接振工龄间存在剂量 反应关系趋势。结论 长期接触全身振动对林业作业工人的听记忆、注意力及反应速度这三类行为功能有特异性影响 ,主要的影响因素均与接振条件有关 ,即接振强度的大小、接振工龄和总接振时间的长短
【Abstract】 Objective To probe main factors affecting neu robehavioral functio n of forest workers exposed to whole body vibration(WBV). Method Neurobehavioral func tion of forest workers was studied with Neurobehavioral Core Test Battery (NCTB) recommended by WHO and Factor Analysis. And then, Muti-Factor Analysis methods were applied to analyze main factors affecting neurobehavioral function of fores t w orkers exposed to whole body vibration. Results There wer e significant differenc es in memory ability, attention and response speed between two groups, and there was an obvious dose-response relationship between certain neurobehavioral chan g es and vibration levels as well as exposure duration. Conclusion There were spec ific effects on memory ability, attention and response speed among workers of lo ng-term exposed to WBV. The main factors were related to WBV exposure, i.e.WBV exposure levels, the length of employment, and WBV exposure duration.
