【摘要】 用副鸡嗜血杆菌Hpg₈菌株制备ELISA抗原 ,与抗鸡Ig单抗 1B7酶结合物建立了检测鸡血清抗体水平的间接ELISA方法。交叉试验、阻断试验、重复性试验等表明该方法重复性好、特异性强、灵敏度高。确立了检测ELISA效价 （ET）的回归方程y =1 4 2 1+ 0 2 99x) （P >0 0 5 ） ,可用于定量测定。间接凝集试验与间接ELISA方法的比较试验表明 ,ELISA法比间接凝集试验敏感性高 3倍以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 The indirect ELISA method for detecting antibody of Haemophilus paragallinarum (H.P) was developed by using supersonicated H.P as coating antigen and enzyme conjugate of mouse against light chain of chicken Ig. The method has good repeativity, high specificity, and sensitivity. A detecting titer of coefficient relation y=1.421+0.299(P>0.05) was developed under 100_fold diluted sera sample.
