【摘要】 用针对IBV 3种结构蛋白的一组单抗 (C1、C2 、C3、J1、J2 、J3)和 6个不同血清型的IBV标准株 (Gray株、Connectic株、Holte株、T株、M4 1株、Arkavas株 )进行交叉ELISA试验 ,显示了 6种不同的反应模式 ;与同一Mass血清型内M4 1、H52 、H12 0 3毒株进行交叉ELISA反应显示出相同的反应模式 ;通过地方分离株和标准株与 6株单抗的ELISA反应模式比较可将来自河南、山东、江苏、广东、广西、西川等省 2 2个地方株划分为 7个不同的抗原群 ,其中M4 1抗原群占 10株 ,其仍是我国当前主要的流行型。根据两株中和单抗C2 、J1与 2 2个地方株ELISA反应结果 ,可将地方株分为三大类群 ,即与J1反应的M4 1类群 ,与C2 反应的Y类群和J1、C2 均不反应的第三类群 ,C2 和J1两株中和单抗可与 85 %以上毒株发生反应 ,可为IBV制苗毒株的选择 (M4 1和Y)提供参考依据 ,此种分型方法较传统的分型方法简便、快速。更多还原

【Abstract】 Six different reaction patterns were shown by crossing ELISA using a group of McAb(C 1,C 2,C 3,J 1,J 2,and J 3)against three structure proteins of IBV and six IBV standard strains of different serum types(Gray,Connectic,Hotle,T,M 41 and Arkavas).The same pattern was seen within the same Mass serum type(M 41 ,H 52 ,H 120 )When using the same McAbx crossing ELISA.22 Local isolates from Henan,Shandong,Jiangsu,Guangdong,Guangxi,Sichuan,and so on were differentiated into 7 different antigenic groups by comparision of ELISA reaction patterns of both local isolates and standard strains reacted with 6 McAbs.10 strains of them belonged to M 41 antigenic group,which indicated that prevalent strain in China was Mass serum_type.According to the reacting specificity of two neutralizing McAbs(C 2 and J1)used in ELISA,22 local isolates were identified into three groups:M 41 group reacted with J 1,Y group reacted with C 2 and the third group reacted with neither J 1 nor C2.The two neutralizing McAbs,C 2 and J 1 reacted with more than 85 percent of IBV strains,which provided sciencific basis for seletion of vaccine strains.This typing method is more easy and rapid than the traditional methods.更多还原
