【摘要】 圣剑洁康露是含三氯羟基二苯醚（简称氯羟二苯醚）、卡波姆、透明质酸钠等成分的复方消毒剂，原液含氯羟二苯醚３２４９ ｍｇ／Ｌ。采用定量杀菌试验、动物毒性试验与液相色谱法，对其杀灭微生物效果、毒性、稳定性进行了观察。结果，以其含氯羟二苯醚１８００ ｍｇ／Ｌ的溶液对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用５ ｍｉｎ，对白色念珠菌作用 １０ｍｉｎ，杀灭率均＞９９．９０％。置于５４℃水浴１４ｄ，复方中氯羟二苯醚含量下降率为０．５８％。该复方以氯羟二苯醚计，对小白鼠经口ＬＤ５０＞５ ０００ ｍｇ／ｋｇ（体重），其原液对兔眼刺激积分指数为０。该复方属于有一定杀菌作用，稳定性较好，实际无毒且对眼结膜无刺激类消毒剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shengjianjiekanglu is a compound disinfectant containing the ingredients such as trichlorohydroxydiphenyl ether (THDE), carbomer and sodium hyalurate. Its stock solution contains THDE 3249 mg/L. The quantitative germicidal test, animal toxicity test and liquid chromatography were used to observe its germicidal efficacy, toxicity and stability. The re- sults showed that the killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on cloth strips exposed to its solution containing THDE l800mg/L for 5 min and Candida albicans ex- posed for 10 min was >99.90%. After staying in 54℃ water bath for l4 d, THDE content in the compound disinfectant decreased by 0.58%. The oral LD50 of the compound disinfectant was > 5000 mg/kg (body weight) of THDE in mice. The irritation integral index of its stock solution to rabbit eye was 0. This compound disinfectant belongs to actually nontoxic disin- fectants with certain germicidal effect and good stability and without irritation to conjunctiva.更多还原
