黑嘴子港16t门吊溜钩故障分析及解决方案
Analysis to the fault of hook-gliding of 16t gantry crane in the Port of Heizuizi and solving plan
【摘要】 文章运用电力拖动的基本原理对港口门机生产实际中出现的重载溜钩现象进行了详细准确的分析。通过现场检测 ,证实了理论分析的正确性 ,并确定了导致故障的根本原因 ,从而提出了经济实用的解决方案。
【Abstract】 This paper gives detailed and accurate analysis to hook gliding at heavy load for gantry crane with the basic principle of electric haulage.Spot detection proves the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the basic reason leading to the fault so that the economical and practical plan to resolve the problem has been put forward.
