【摘要】 目的 :观察微生态制剂金双歧治疗习惯性便秘的疗效。方法 :习惯性便秘患者治疗前后及期间 ,停用一切抗生素、泻剂和促胃肠动力药 ,仅服用金双歧 4片 /次 Bid,连续 2周 ,追踪观察治疗后大便情况、症状和体征的变化。结果 :金双歧治疗习惯性便秘 86例 ,1周后的有效率 94.19%,2周后的总有效率98.84%,无效率 1.16 %。结论 :金双歧是治疗习惯性便秘的无毒、高效、有益健康、易为患者接受的活菌制剂。辅以富含纤维素的饮食、充足的水份、适当运动并养成良好的生活习惯 ,有助其疗效的增强、巩固及维持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This study is to test the curative effect of the Golden Bifid on the habitual constipated patients.Method:Before,after and in the period of treatment,samples of habitual constipated patients received only the Golden Bifid 4 tablets Bid for 2 weeks,instead of all the antibiotics,evacuants and the medicines of accelerated gastroenteric peristalsis.The effect was evaluated according to the status of the feces,symptoms and the physical signs.Result:for 86 samples of habitual constipated patients who was treated by Golden Bifid,the effective rate after 1 week of treatment was 94.19%,the total effective rate after 2 weeks was 98.84% while the ineffective rate was 1.16%.Conclusion:Golden Bifid is a kind of living bacterial preparation that is nontoxic,high efficient,healthy and acceptable to the habitual constipated patients.The curative effect will be more strengthened and maintainable if the treatment is taken together with the diet of rich cellulose,enough water,adequate physical exercises,and good life style.更多还原
