【摘要】 目的　探讨注射毒品所致假性股动脉瘤外科治疗的疗效。方法　对 15例注射毒品所致假性股动脉瘤病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果　 15例病人均接受手术治疗 ,瘤体切除并清创后均采用ePTFE人造血管行髂外动脉和股浅动脉端端吻合术 ,术后 10天及 3个月复查彩色多普勒超声显示人造血管血流通畅。结论　戒除毒瘾、彻底清创和血管重建是注射毒品所致假性股动脉瘤外科治疗取得成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the result of surgical treatment of the femoral pseudoaneurysm resulted from drugs injection.Methods The clinical data and theraputic results of 15 cases with femoral pseudoaneurysm resulted from drugs injection were analized.Results All cases were performed opration including removing of femoral pseudoaneurysm,debridement and ePTFE graft anatomosed between external-iliac arteries and femoral superficial arteries.All grafts were demonstrated to keep patent by CDU in 10 days or 3 monthes after opration.Conclusion With drawal of addiction,debridement and vascular reconstruction were the key of treating successfully the femoral pseudoaneurysm resulted from drugs injection.更多还原
