【摘要】 目的　评价刺五加与弥可保联合应用对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法６５例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分组对照观察，治疗组３９例，给予刺五加 ６０ｍｌ，溶于ＮＳ ５００ｍｌ，静脉点滴，每日一次，同时每日肌注弥可保５００μｇ，共６周；对照组２６例，单用弥可保肌注，每日５００μｇ，共６周。结果治疗组痛觉过敏及感觉减退有效率达５９％和６７％，明显高于对照组的３２％和３９％，Ｐ＜０．０５；神经传导速度改善的有效率也有明显提高，Ｐ＜０．０５。结论刺五加与弥可保联合应用可明显改善对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the co-effect of Ciwujia and mecobalamin on diabetic neuropathies. Methods Sixty five patients with diabetic neuropathies were involved in a randomized control clinical trial. 39 cases were treated with mecobalamin 500μg intramuscularly and Ciwujia 60ml solved in 500 ml NS intravenously everyday for six weeks. 26 cases only treated with mecobalamin 500μg intramuscularly everyday as controls. Results Six weeks after treatment, hyperalgia and hypoesthesia were improved by 59% and 67% respectively in the therapy group,which were significantly higher than those in the controls (32 % and 39% ),P＜0. 05;Combined therapy also benefited nerve conduction velocity a better extent compared with the controls,P＜0. 05. Conclusion The curative effect of diabetic neuropathies could be significatively improved by the combination of Ciwujia and mecobalamin.更多还原
