1型血管紧张素Ⅱ受体基因与2型糖尿病视网膜病变的关系

【摘要】 目的 探讨 1型血管紧张素 受体 (AT1R)基因与 2型糖尿病视网膜病变 (DR)的关系。方法 用 PCR- Dde I酶切法检测 5 2例糖尿病伴视网膜病变患者 DR(+ )及 6 8例不伴视网膜病变者 DR(- )的基因型。正常对照 40例。结果 糖尿病患者与对照组间 AT1R等位基因及基因型频率均无显著性差异 ,DR(+ )组突变基因及基因型频率显著性高于DR(- )组及对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;增殖型 DR组 C等位基因频率显著性高于单纯性 DR组 ,DR发生危险因素分析病程、果糖胺、收缩压进入方程。结论  AT1R基因参与 DR的发生 ,而与 DM无关。 AT1R突变基因可能促使 DR发生。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the association between angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor (AT1R) gene polymorphism and type 2 diabetic retinopathy (DR).Methods 120 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) and 40 controls were genotyped for AT1RA 1166C gene polymorphism by using PCR/Dde Ⅰ restriction enzyme digestion.52 cases of 120 cases with DM were complicated with retinopathy DR(+),68 with no retinopathy DR(-).Results The distributions of AT1R gene polymorphism were not different among controls and diabetics.Frequencies of variant gene and genotype of DR(+) were higher than those of DR (-) group and controls.Frequency of C allele in proliferative DR group was higher than that of simple DR group.Logistic regression showed that the duration,fructosamine and systolic blood pressure were risk factors of DR.Conclusion AT1R gene polymorphism is associated with DR,but not DM.AT1R variant allele may contribute to DR.
