浸渍Ca3(PO4)2溶液对SiC窑具材料抗氧化性的影响
THE EFFECT OF DIPPING SIC KILN FURNITURE INTO Ca3(PO4) SOLUTION ON ITS ANTIOXYGEN PROPERTY
【摘要】 SiC窑具材料浸渍Ca3(PO4 ) 2 饱和溶液 ,能填充气孔 ,降低气孔率 ,阻碍O2 的扩散 ,能增加SiC窑具抗氧化性和延长使用寿命。浸渍次数越多 ,氧化速度越小 ,其中浸渍 4次最佳 ,浸渍 1 -4次氧化速度常数的比值 =K1∶K2 ∶K3∶K4 =1 0 .30× 1 0 -7∶8.94× 1 0 -7∶4 .1 7×1 0 -7∶2 .65× 1 0 -7=3.89∶3.37∶1 .5 7∶1。
【Abstract】 Dipping SiC kiln furniture into Ca\-3(PO\-4)\-2 saturable solution can make it packed and decrease its porosity. It can also hinder the diffusion of oxygen, so cause the antioxygen property of SiC kiln furniture increased and the oxygenated velocity decreased with the dipping time and 4 times is the bast.The ratio of 1,2,3,4 times is K\-1∶K\-2∶K\-3∶K\-4=1.03×10\+\{-6\}∶8.94×10\+\{-7\}∶4.17×10\+\{-7\}∶2.65×10\+\{-7\}=3.89∶3.37∶1.57∶1.
