【摘要】 通过在培养液中添加胎牛血清 (FCS)、牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)及卵泡刺激素 (FSH) ,对小鼠腔前卵泡进行体外培养 ,观察卵泡腔的形成及雌二醇 (Estradiolum ,E2 )和睾酮 (Testosteronipropionas ,T)的分泌情况

【Abstract】 The results indicated that: Flax (numusitatissimum L) seedling at the changing stage could be survived at -10℃ temperature in a short time(abowt 12h) The growth duration of flax sown in the Winter in Hunan Province was around 150 days, 70 days longer than that in Northeast China The major increasing period of length, thickness and dry material of the stems and flowers and capsules focus on its blooming stage Key Words: Flax Sown in the winter Growing Period Growing Speed Dry Material Accumulation
