碳酸钙级配填充聚丙烯结晶形态的XRD研究
Study on Crystal Structure of PP Filled with Size Grading Calcium Carbonate by XRD
【摘要】 用X射线衍射仪对碳酸钙级配填充聚丙烯 (PP)的结晶形态进行了研究 ,发现PP中碳酸钙的填充可以对 β晶结晶起异相成核作用 ,并可以降低 β晶向α晶的转化速率 ,促进 β晶的形成和保持。有效的级配能够引起体系粘度下降 ,有利于提高 β晶的生成速率 ,进而使体系的 β晶含量和结晶度得到提高 ,使填充PP材料的冲击强度得到大幅度提高
【Abstract】 Crystal structure of PP filled with size grading calcium carbonate CaCO 3 is studied by XRD. It shows that incorporating calcium carbonate into PP has an effect of heterogeneous nucleation on β-form crystal, decreasing the rate of β-form crystal transforming into α-form crystal and resulting in the formation and retention of β-form crystal transforming into α-form crystal. Effective size grading of CaCO 3 can lead to viscosity decrease of the system, increase the forming rate of β-form crystal and the ratio of β-form crystal and crystal degree,thus upgrading the impact strength of the system.
