【摘要】 青藏高原是土地沙漠化正在发展—强烈发展的重要区域 ,土地沙漠化区域分异明显。本文在确定区划原则和区划指标的基础上 ,将青藏高原沙漠化区域划分为藏南河谷湖盆区、藏北高原区、阿里高原区、藏东南三江河谷区、柴达木盆地区、共和盆地区、青海湖盆地环湖区、青南高寒区和川西甘南高原区等 9区 2 3亚区 ,各区域土地沙漠化的基本特征、现状与发展态势各有不同。按照高原沙漠化地域分异规律与特点 ,结合生态建设的要求 ,青藏高原沙漠化防治的基本思路是 :全面保护 ,综合治理 ,适度开发 ,协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is a region fuffering from on-going to severe degree of land desertificaiton. The total area of desertified land in the plateau is estimated at {313 274.62} km+2, accounting for 13^96% of the total area of the administrative region. Of this total, severely, moderately and slightly desertified lands occupy 13^13%, 55^44% and 30^03% respectively. The yare mostly discontinuously distributed in spots, strips and patches; part of desertified land is concentratedly distributed in relatively large area and exhibits an evident regional differentiation. In accordance with the regionalization principles including the leading characters of natural zones, the comprehensiveness of desertification causes, the convergent character of desertificaiton developmental conditions, the similarity of desertificaiton control measures and the integrity of county boundary as well as two regionalization classes and five regionalization indicators, the desertified lands of the plateau are divided into 9 desertificaiton zones, namely river valley and lake basin zone in south Tibet; plateau zone in north Tibet; Ngari plateau zone; three-river valley zone in southeast Tibet; Qaidam Basin; Gonghe Basin; Qinghai Lake basin and lakeside zone; alpine cold zone in south Qinghai; and Gannan Plateau in west Sichuan, in addition 23 desertification subzones are divided in terms of desertificaiton developmental degrees. The basic features, present states, causes and developmental trends of land desertification are different in different regions. According to the regional differentiation laws and features of desertified lands of the plateau as well as the demand of ecological construction, the basic idea to combat desertification of the plateau is: overall protection, comprehensive control, conservative exploitation and harmonious development.
