【摘要】 目的　探讨黄体功能不全 (lutealphasedefect,LPD)患者月经期子宫内膜细胞的凋亡及意义。 方法　应用免疫组织化学S -P方法 ,测定 35例黄体功能不全患者和 19例对照组月经期子宫内膜bcl- 2和bax蛋白的表达 ,同时应用脱氧核糖核苷酸末端转移酶介导的缺口末端标记法 (TUNEL)测定二组月经期子宫内膜的细胞凋亡。结果　LPD组患者子宫内膜bcl- 2表达较对照组高 (P <0 0 1) ,而bax表达较对照组低 (P <0 0 5 )。凋亡指数 (apoptoticindex ,AI)对照组高于LPD组 (P <0 0 1) ,且随着bcl- 2的表达强度增加而减少 (P <0 0 1) ,而随着bax的表达强度增加而增加 (P <0 0 1)。结论　LPD组患者月经期子宫内膜bcl- 2表达增高 ,bax表达降低 ,从而抑制LPD患者子宫内膜细胞凋亡 ,对其子宫内膜的异常改变起一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the apoptosis and its implication in the endometrium of patients with luteal phase defect(LPD).Methods The expressions of apoptosis regulatory protein bcl-2 and bax in endometrium were investigated by immunohistochemical method in 35 LPD patients and 19 normal subjects at menstrual phase.The apoptosis in endometrium was investigated by TUNEL method in the same groups.Results Bcl-2 expression was higher in LPD patients than that in normal subjects(P<0 01),while bax expression was significantly lower(P<0 05),and the apoptotic index(AI)was lower in LPD patients than that in normal subjects(P<0 01).Along with the increasing intensity of the bcl-2 expression in endometrium,the apoptotic index decreased (P<0 01),but with the increasing expression of bax,the apoptotic index increased (P<0 01).Conclusion The higher bcl-2 protein expression and the lower bax protein expression inhibit the endometrium apoptosis and play an important role in abnormal changes of endometrium of LPD patients.更多还原
