【摘要】 目的　评价酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)测定子宫内膜IgG抗体诊断子宫内膜异位症 (endometriosis,EMs)的临床价值。方法　采集空腹血清 91份 ,分三组 ,EMs组 39例 ,正常对照组 15例 ,良性疾病对照组 37例 ,用酶联免吸附法对三组血清中子宫内膜IgG抗体进行测定。 结果　EMs组阳性率 76 92 % ,正常对照组阳性率(33 33% )与EMs组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 0 5 ) ,疾病对照组阳性率 (6 2 16 % )与EMs组比较差异不明显(P >0 0 5 )。ELISA法测定血清子宫内膜IgG抗体诊断EMs敏感性 76 92 % ,特异性 46 15 %。 结论　ELISA法虽敏感、有效、简单 ,但不能作为一种最有价值的诊断EMs的辅助方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical value of diagnosing endometriosis(EMs)by measuring endometrial immunoglobulin G antibodies with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Methods The sera(n=91)were divided into EMs group(n=39),normal(n=15)and disease(n=37)control groups,and ELISA was used to measure endometrial immunoglobulin G antibodies in sera from each group.Results The positive rate of endometrial immunoglobulin G antibodies in EMs group(76\^92%)was significantly higher than that in normal control group 33\^33%(P<0\^005),but no significant difference was observed between EMs and disease control group(P>0\^05).The experiment’s sensitivity and specificity were 76\^92% and 46\^15% respectively.Conclusion Although measuring endometrial immunoglobulin G antibodies with ELISA is simple,sensitive and efficient,it can’t act as the most valuable method in diagnosing endometriosis.更多还原
