【Abstract】 The function of rural energy technology for sustainable development in the rural area is firstly analyzed in this paper, and then the institutional issues such as market push and plan push in the procedure of rural energy technology diffusion are discussed the oretically. After that, the positive study on the model of rural energy technology diffusion in China is conducted, and especially the effectiveness of governmental intervention in the past is analyzed quantitatively. Based on the above, the function of managerial agency of rural energy is discussed and several useful conclusions are drawn.更多还原
