超声波对皮革染色的影响
Effects of ultrasound on leather dyeing
【摘要】 研究了不同频率超声波作用于酸性黑 ATT后对其染色性能的影响 ,并着重研究了超声波的作用时间、染色温度等对染料上染速率及上染百分率的影响规律。结果表明 :频率为 2 3.7k Hz的超声波对皮革染色有促染作用 ,而 17k Hz的超声波则没有 ;染料溶液经超声波预处理 2 0 - 30 min,再在较低温度 (45℃ )下染色 ,可加快上染速率 ,提高上染百分率至 99.2 4 % - 99.75 % ,降低废液中染料的含量 ,减少污染。
【Abstract】 The effects of ultrasound at different frequencies on Acid Black ATT properties in leather dyeing were studied. The factors influencing dye up-taking rate and dyeing rate, such as sonication time and dyeing temperature, were investigated. The results showed that power ultrasound of 23.7kHz can considerably increase dye up-taking rate and dyeing rate, but that of 17kHz shows no remarkable influence. It was found that the dye up-taking rate at 45℃ was increased to 99 24%-99 75% in the dye solution treatmeated with ultrasound for 20-30min.
