【Abstract】 The extraction technology for mixed amino-acids from tannery waste by acid hydrolysis was discussed. Optimum hydrolytic conditions were determined:the ratio of tannery waste to hydrochloric acid(8mol/L)is 1:1.2 w/v,temperature 105～110℃,and time 11 h.35.54% of mixed amino-acids containing 11.58% of necessary amino-acids to human body was obtained by depickling,decolor,neutraliztion,condensation and crystallization.更多还原
