酸法水解制革下脚料提取混合氨基酸
Extraction of mixed amino-acids from tannery waste by acid hydrolysis
【摘要】 对温州地区制革下脚料酸法水解提取混合氨基酸工艺进行了探索 ;用浓度为 8mol/ L的 HCL(原料重 :酸用量 =1:1.2 w/ v) ,在 10 5 - 110℃下水解 11h,经脱酸、脱色、中和、浓缩、结晶得到氨基酸总量 35 .5 4 %、人体必需氨基酸 11.5 8%的混合氨基酸。
【Abstract】 The extraction technology for mixed amino-acids from tannery waste by acid hydrolysis was discussed. Optimum hydrolytic conditions were determined:the ratio of tannery waste to hydrochloric acid(8mol/L)is 1:1.2 w/v,temperature 105~110℃,and time 11 h.35.54% of mixed amino-acids containing 11.58% of necessary amino-acids to human body was obtained by depickling,decolor,neutraliztion,condensation and crystallization.
