【Abstract】 Cattle hide is a kind of precious resources, but its utilization is rather limited even in today.Only 40% of cattle hide been processed into leather and a big part has been buried or processed as waste. In future, the change in meat industry will have impacts on leather industry, and thus cattle hide can be fully utilized. The development of information microprocessor will further improve the process. For example, the features of cattle in different periods can be recorded, and the whole process of leather making can also be controlled. Meanwhile, it was predicted that chrome tanning agents will deminate for the next 50 years, but nevertheless a new tannage will finally replace chrome tannage.更多还原
